Opening of Fused Glass Art Show

Come to the see the fused glass, meet the artists, enjoy refreshments, and hear music by a Native American style flute jam.

Four artists will present art in the dynamic medium of fused glass. Sue Tripp, Valerie Baxter and Mindy Milan work together at Rita Skarha’s studio.  Together they  learn new techniques and try new processes, This collaboration  inspires them and helps them to evolve as artists. During the opening reception, equipment and photos will be be on display to show you the processes used to create the beautiful fused glass art. Observe how each  artist has used the same techniques to create unique results.

Native American style flute music will provide a calming background for the reception. Members of the Living Waters Native American Flute circle, including Peg Hernandey, Russ Tripp, Barb Olle, and John Risinger will  play tunes for you.
