No Drawing Skills Required! Neurographic Art is an activity that connects the brain and art. While we value the final product, the process of artmaking is the most beneficial part of this activity. Research shows that the act of making art is good for the brain because it decreases stress levels and increases focus.
Join us Saturday February 18th to create Neurographic Art while practicing mindfulness as a community.
